This product contains Remote Desktop Services Client Access Licenses only.

It does not include Windows Server 2022 Standard or Windows Server 2022 Datacenter and cannot be used as a replacement for the underlying Windows Server operating-system licence.

A properly licensed and compatible Windows Server environment is required separately.

Windows Server CALs vs RDS CALs

It is important to understand that an RDS CAL is additional to the normal Windows Server licensing requirements.
