Autodesk ReCap Pro 2027 is designed to process and manage reality-capture data from laser scanners and other supported sources, transforming captured information into detailed point clouds for use in design, engineering, construction and documentation workflows.

Version Access

This 1‑year subscription to ReCap Pro 2027 includes access to ReCap Pro versions 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 through your Autodesk account. Customers may select from these available versions via their Autodesk account during the subscription period.

System Requirements

Supported operating systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). The product documentation also recommends modern multi-core Intel or AMD processors, dedicated graphics hardware for large point-cloud visualisation, SSD storage for project data and sufficient memory for large datasets. Compatible reality-capture hardware is required to capture new scan data.

An internet connection is required for activation, updates and applicable online services as stated in the product information.

Licence & Account Requirements

The subscription licence is supplied for personal use only, as stated in the product information. The vendor disclaims guarantees regarding suitability or compliance for commercial use; any commercial use is at the purchaser's risk.

Licences are added directly to the purchaser's Autodesk account. To ensure activation and delivery, licences can only be registered and activated using a personal email address (for example: Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo Mail, iCloud or other personal email services). Business, school, government or organisation-managed email addresses are not accepted. Each seat requires a separate personal email address.

Delivery & Support

Delivery is digital; no physical media or boxed product is shipped. The licence is added to your Autodesk account and managed through Autodesk Account.

Support is available via WhatsApp and email during business hours. Free remote installation assistance is included with this product as stated in the product information; remote installation uses TeamViewer QuickSupport where applicable.
