Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Digisoft ZA. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and free shipping across South Africa.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed and paid for before 14:00 (SAST) are usually processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details (for physical products) or delivery confirmation (for digital products).

⏳ Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes (e.g., promotional periods).
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to:
- All major cities and towns across South Africa.
- Outlying and rural areas (delivery may take slightly longer).
International shipping is not available at this time.
Digital products are delivered globally via email or WhatsApp.
4. Shipping Costs
- All shipping for physical products within South Africa is completely free of charge.
- Digital product delivery is free of charge.
- No shipping, courier, or handling fees are added at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
For physical products, once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- A link to the courier’s website to track your shipment in real time.
Digital orders are delivered directly to the email address or mobile number provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your delivery confirmation.
6. Delivery Conditions
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you directly.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed successful delivery.
7. Failed or Returned Deliveries
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
- No additional shipping fees are charged for re-dispatches or returns.
- Returned orders will be refunded in full in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Digital Product Delivery
For digital software licenses or downloads:
- Delivery is made via email and/or WhatsApp to the contact details provided at checkout.
- Delivery is usually instant or within 2 hours after payment confirmation.
- If you do not receive your digital product within the stated timeframe, please contact us immediately.
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier network disruptions
- Weather conditions
- High seasonal order volumes
- Unexpected operational issues
We will keep you informed and provide updates should any delays occur.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be updated or cancelled before they are shipped or delivered.
- Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
- Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the software key or license has been delivered.
